I found my information on this website when I searched my name in Google. This site rips off your address book once you install their program and posts publicly in a website. Spoke.com makes money by people like you and me. You will have to visit their site, "register", and they would verify your identity, and your name will be "removed", but the catch is, even if you had asked for removal once, your details could still end up being open to public when someone else's addressbook is ripped off. So, for all practical purpose, there is no way out for you.
